Teal Polka Dot Day Dress

This is super fun, but unfortunately faded, teal seersucker day dress with large white polka dots.  The fade is on the left side and runs from the shoulder all the way down the sleeve and skirt.  There are also some holes on the left side bottom of the skirt.  The holes could definitely be repaired and add a cute little white sweater and this becomes a completely wearable dress.  

The bodice features 2 large white plastic buttons and a wide white collar. The skirt has 2 white trimmed pockets!
