Navy Uniform Dress

This is a navy blue cotton uniform dress that buttons down the front with slim pleats on both sides of the buttons and a small breast pocket.  There is a small white spot on the back of one shoulder (has not been attempted to be cleaned) and the previous owner did a quick hem job using stitch witchery which is coming undone.  The hem could be stitched as is or laundered to remove the remaining stitch witchery and lengthened.
