Fun Edith Flagg Plaid Dress - Volup!

This dress came to us with the sleeves cut off. The armholes have been professionally finished and the dress now looks like it was made like this originally!  It also was poorly hemmed using adhesive seam tape.  It’s back to its original length but not finished in case the new owner would like the length altered.  The fabric is a thicker polyester but not double knit.
