Vintage Dark Floral Skirt

Floral bouquets are scattered on a black background of this lovely cotton gathered skirt. It has a built in half length netting (damaged but wearable) and feature a button closure. It also has very thin dropped belt loops as well. No pockets.  Good vintage condition with all over fade of the black, missing button, small hole in the modesty panel below the button (not visible when worn), and tattered underskirt. Based on closure style, this is possibly a pre war skirt.
