Crepe 40s Black Crepe Dress

This long sleeve black crepe dress features a peplum waist, faux buttons down the back, and a tie belt.  There are 3 snaps at the nape of the neck and has a side zip.  There is a rhinestone edged cutout on the upper bodice that has rhinestones missing, the zipper does not zip on the side, and underarm discoloration.
