Blue Lightweight Tweed Pencil Dress

Unlabeled blue tweed pencil coat style dress in very good vintage condition.  Has large pockets!!  There is encased elastic in the front of the waist and closed with 4 decorative silver buttons.  There are 2 hook & eyes at the elastic as well. It’s quite well constructed.  There is a light stain on the seat area of the skirt.
