Blue Pleated Sheer Day Dress

This is a really pretty light blue dress that appears to be hand made.  It has snaps and hook closure on the left side so this may be a pre war dress (30s or early 40s).  The skirt is pleated and the bodice has non functional buttons and pleats. The Peter Pan style collar is trimmed in a thin lace.  Other than some areas of overstitch and small marks near the waistline on the back, it doesn't appear to have any flaws.
