Black Velvet Cocktail Dress

This dress appears to be handmade so unsure of the era but has very definite 80s styling.  It has a high front neckline and deep plunging V back that ends in a velvet bow with rhinestone accents.  Very dramatic and very sexy.  The underarm on one side needs to be stitched back up.
