Black Crepe Dress With Copper Ruffled Collar & Cuffs

This 40s black crepe dress is in good vintage condition, but has a missing back neck clasp, small seam tear in the front neckline, and two small holes on the upper left arm. It features a great copper colored ruffle collar and cuffs and a long back zipper. Labeled Cohen & Goshin.
