60s Sleeveless Cocktail Dress

This dress features a thick black polyester skirt that has a peep panel in the front to reveal the same fabric as the bodice.  The bodice is black with brick red flower lace and a ruffle neck.  It came to us with the sleeves roughly cut off so we finished the edges to make it sleeveless and it looks very cute this way!
