40s Arthur Weiss Black Dress

This is a gorgeous black Arthur Weiss 1940s dress. It features a button front bodice with a cute pleated collar, affixed sash style belt and full a-line skirt.  It does have some white discoloration, but we have not laundered it so it may come out. There is a bit of seam separation by the belt but otherwise the dress is simply stunning!
