70s does 40s Green Floral Dress

70s does 40s style polyester dress in sage green and pretty floral pattern.  Crossover bodice and matching belt complete the classic 40s look.  The elastic waist is stretched out but in wearable condition.  There are small stains (possible rust) that may come out with cleaning.  Small snag on the left shoulder.
